Job Description

The Personal Banking Officer plays a key role in driving business growth by fostering exceptional customer engagement and leveraging in-depth product knowledge. This position focuses on building long-term client relationships and promoting a range of banking products and services tailored to meet their financial needs. The Personal Banking Officer ensures high customer satisfaction through effective communication, support, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell banking products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive growth.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2. years of relevant experience in a Qatar-based bank.
• Currently residing in Qatar with a strong network of potential clients.
