Position Summary

The Specialist - Quality Standards is responsible to support with the dissemination of a culture of quality across HCT Central Services and campuses. He/she will support with the development of internal policies, procedures and processes to meet local and international quality standards and requirements. 

Requirements

Minimum of three years of work experience in Organisational Excellence or relevant field.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Quality Management.

Minimum of one internationally recognised Quality certifications e.g. Six Sigma, ISO

Full English proficiency is required.

Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
