Responsibilities
Create, process, and finalize the FO (freight order) on SAP system.
Create the PR (Purchase Request), GR (Goods Receive), DN (Delivery note) as per requirement.
Routing and scheduling of daily local deliveries.
Follow up with driver & customer make sure on time delivery.
Daily follow up with warehouse, production, customer service team on time loading.
All work proper update Excel file, daily shared with Team Leader.
Issue the legalization document, gate pass, as per requirement.
Handle and resolve all transportation related issue, as per daily operation.
Follow up with concern service provider on time return POD (Proof of delivery) and attach system.
Follow up with custom clearance on time clear shipment Import & Export.
Proactively involve and manage transport issues and import requirement using scheduled and precise tracking methods understanding the process well.
As per required arrange the transportation for the import materials.
Handle the work Transportation Team leader during his vacation.
Experience
Plus additional time-extensive job-related training including formal examination (e.g. PhD, BS - MS, MBA)
IT skills:
• Microsoft Office
• SAP
Language skills (level):
• English intermediate
• Arabic
