What you will do
The Sales Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Sales Director responsible for our indirect channels across Middle East & Africa region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.
You will be primarily focused on developing existing distributor channels by developing plans to increase their sales volume and revenue, generating new channels and opening new accounts. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East and Africa region.
How you will do it
As a Sales Engineer you will use your in-depth technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU which will generate new channel accounts, to achieve your sales target by converting inquiries in sales, follow up with channel partners on the quotations, place orders on system and follow-up on delivery of equipment.
You are a hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated. You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in direct / indirect sales in HVAC industry specifically focused on Chillers/AHU/FCU
Proven track record for delivering sales target within Middle East
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent language skills in English & French
Ability to travel
