Regional Product Manager - Poultry IMETA (ID: 230840)

THE POSITION
We are hiring a Regional Product Manager Poultry for IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa) based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible preparing and guiding the countries in IMETA region on strategic marketing plans of assigned poultry products in line with the global marketing strategy to achieve mid- and long-term brand target and deliver ambitious results.
This position reports directly to the Head of Poultry IMETA.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Continuous monitoring and gathering of insights from the market, customers, competitor activities to inform data-driven decision making.
Monthly forecast of brand sales on the market through regular meetings with appropriate stakeholders, taking into account, trends, external and internal activities, as well as issues related to applicable regulations.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, Technical, KAs, corporate affairs, customer experience, Veterinary Technical Services, Global Strategic Account Management to jointly focus on business goals and identify business opportunities leading to competitive advantage.
Build and maintain close relationships with relevant external business partners
Monitor budget execution and performance.
Market analysis, identifying market opportunities. Develop and implement brand strategies to maximize or optimize product sales and profit and achieve brand goals
Training, inspiring and engaging sales teams and relevant DSMs in building product knowledge, strategy
and tactics, as well as actively collecting feedback to develop and implement the right tools and appropriate communication.
Elaborate coordination with local Marketeers on the Activation and Account Plans and Product Readiness follow up
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Marketing, Medicine or Veterinary Medicine
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience within in poultry marketing preferably in a regional setting
Sound technical knowledge about poultry products
Favorable to have worked in complex structures, to have driven change
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and database application
Ability to travel
Business and Marketing Acumen
Customer Orientation
Business fluent in English in its oral and written form
Preferably business fluent in Arabic in its oral and written form
Competencies:
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to craft strategy and oversee tactical implementation
Ability to work with cross-functional team
Ability work independently in fast changing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
