A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling, analyzing & setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
support in administrative tasks, documentations, preparation of marketing reports and analytics review, departmental coordination, signatories, filing,
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success via data analysis for reach, impressions and lead generation reporting
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Monitor online channels and ensure that content and descriptions are aligned as per brand
Content creation including photography and videography for social media contents
Events, activations and all related PR for content coverage for SM stories and live streaming
Preparation and execution of monthly Social media calendar for feeds and stories by utilizing tools and content provided based on brand
Basic graphics designing tasks using Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, PPT, Canva and other tools provided
Create basic graphics design such as, but not limited to, e-greeting cards, e-flyers, email signature banner, promotional artworks, brand artwork templates, and the likes
Preparation of artworks for rooms, R&B, recreation and all offers
Preparation of Brand related collaterals and display
