JACOBS has a strong track record in helping many of the world’s global cities develop visionary strategic designs and due to continued investment within the region our Middle East operation now seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager who is keen to gain exposure on large scale design projects as well as work with some of the largest clients in the GCC.
As a Project Controls Professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project control systems, procedures and control framework for ensuring that the project stakeholders clearly understand their required input, to help you prepare baseline schedule for weekly and monthly reporting.
The incumbent will need to have the following range of skills; Planning/Schedule, Progress assessment and analysis, WBS and CBS development, Earned Value, Estimating, Cost Management, Cost Forecasting, Risk Management and Report Development.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
As a suitable candidate you will be degree qualified with exposure to both schedule and cost management best practice and associated software. You will be coming with recent experience of Project Controls within a major construction project/programme. Familiarity with a PMC or consultancy environment is preferred.
