RAK Academy is seeking a dynamic and committed Senior Manager Human Resources to join us for the Academic Year 2022-2023.

Job Purpose
RAK Academy places a strong focus on attracting, retaining and developing highly talented and passionate professionals to ensure the strategic aims of its schools are fully realized.
RAK Academy is looking for a positive, driven, and inspirational Senior Manager Human Resources to lead the People & Culture department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end Human Resources across RAK Academy ensuring they develop and implement a people strategy aligned to RAK Academy’s strategic business plan addressing current and future people needs..
Key Responsibilities
· Knowledge of best practices related to HR across the full spectrum of employee engagement, culture and retention, employee program development and execution.
· Excellent HR writing, proofing and editing skills.
· Able to work effectively and productively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent attention to detail and well organised.
· Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and a team player.
· Excellent IT skills including the use of HRMS and social media.
· Proficient with HR reporting, HR data analytics and data manipulation using Excel.
· Ability to listen, advise, counsel, influence and negotiate at all levels.
· Proficient Project Management Skills
The candidate must have:
· Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent is highly desirable.
· Bachelor’s Degree mandatory in a relevant field.
· Level 5 CIPD or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
· Deep knowledge of the UAE Labour Law.
