Job purpose
Attend Joints surgeries and support surgeons and nurses whenever needed. Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Surgeons and nurses in Joint Replacement surgeries in operation Theater
- Provide needed product information
- Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP
- Train surgeons and nurses on Joints instrumentation through extensive workshops and demos
- Reporting competition activities in the market
- Adhere to company reporting system
- Coordinate and conduct marketing activities as per marketing strategy
Specific requirements
- Strong technical Orthopedics and Joints Reconstruction skills
- High level target commitment
- Perform demonstrations, workshops and marketing activities
- Compliant and CREDO driven person
- Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance department
Qualifications
Experience Required
- Orthopaedics Joints Reconstruction Experience min. 3 years
- Medical background is preferred
- Proven track record in Joints, penetration, conversion and achieving BP
- Excellent Orthopedics customer relationship
- Knowledge of UAE market is preferred
- Strong financial acumen
- Joints Replacement Experience
- High level integrity and CREDO driven
- High level of compliance
- Driving License
