 Be a part of the web 3.0 evolution with our client; a blockchain game development company, currently developing various type of games in the Metaverse. The company is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.

You will be responsible for giving proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a fundraising strategy and discuss it with the BOD.
• Actively report to the BOD on fundraising progress.
• Coordinate and manage digital fundraising campaigns across the company.
• Responsible for the long-term and short-term development of strategic planning and financial planning of the project.
• Participate in exchange activities such as industry summits on behalf of the company, convey the company's image, continue to create a good reputation for the company in the industry, and seek industry cooperation resources and opportunities.
• Build bridges and networks with the blockchain community.
• Establish financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Possess excellent leadership skills in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Build and establish company team structure, implement systems, and develop processes.
• Have a solid understanding of IT and technology and the benefits they can provide.
• Ensure legal compliance of all features.

Skills required:

• 2+ years of management experience in web3/ DeFi/ NFT or blockchain-related projects.
• Experience providing leadership and oversight for overall day-to-day operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Great Presentation skills.
• Excellent networking and digital skills
• Commitment to the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to work well in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
• Be solutions-oriented with an emphasis on quality technical deliver.
