Your role will include but is not limited to:
Drive Data-Driven Procurement: Utilize our advanced inventory system to find cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchases. Training will be provided.
Lead Supplier Strategy: Build and maintain a comprehensive supplier data repository to ensure strategic partnerships and competitive advantage.
Streamline Purchase Orders: Manage purchase orders efficiently to support our growth.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Analyze performance data and collaborate with marketing and management to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Fuel Marketing with Insights: Provide actionable insights from sales and campaigns to enhance marketing strategies and brand impact.
Boost Sales Through Strategy: Use data to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving market growth.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai or data analysis with proven supplier management and process optimization.
Data Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) with strong analytical abilities.
Procurement Knowledge: Solid understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with procurement and inventory systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ethical Standards: Strong ethical standards and integrity.
