We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with a Civil Engineering Diploma to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for civil engineering projects. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and working closely with project teams to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors for civil engineering projects.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project specifications and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contract Management:
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of contracts.
• Monitor and manage contract performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Cost Control:
• Analyze and evaluate cost proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
• Implement cost-saving strategies and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement expenditures.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that procured materials and services meet project quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address any quality-related issues with suppliers.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
• Compliance:
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical and financial proposals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

The kindergarten teacher will display an energetic, positive attitude which will create a warm and engaging atmosphere to advance students’ physical, mental, and social development. The kindergarten teacher will provide children with a positive and safe environment. The kindergarten teacher is a team player who will coordinate positively with teaching assistants, managers, administrative staff, and parents as the Kindergarten teacher has to determine the best interest of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Make every student feel safe and welcome in your classroom.
• Be a role model for students in terms of positive attitude, kindness, and respect towards others.
• Plan and deliver lessons that help each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals.
• Create a clean and inviting classroom environment that fosters imagination and self-esteem through the presentation of student work.
• Develop and implement a suitable classroom management system.
• Adapt standard teaching methods to meet different student needs and interests.
• Establish and affect rules for acceptable behaviour.

• To be responsible for all cash/ credit transactions involving movement of goods to and from the shop, offering customer service of a high quality in order to maintain proper accounts and safe custody of cash/ cheques & other related documents

• Be responsible for the safe custody of cash received and/ or other relevant documents and deposit the cash/ cheques in the bank everyday with a view to carefully protect the company funds

• Answer phone calls & customer queries in a professional manner to offer efficient customer service and enhance the company's image

• Monitor the use of petty cash, authorize payments for only approved items or emergency miscellaneous purchases and submit accounts periodically to the Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager for verification & sanction in order to prevent misuse of funds or mo

• Keep count of customer traffic in to the shop and compile relevant information on a daily basis
