Job Description

Create, update, and maintain company documents, such as policies, procedures, forms, and templates.

Ensure all documents are properly formatted, versioned, and filed.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.

Manage document workflow processes, including review, approval, and distribution.

Monitor and track document changes and updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to document management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related discipline

Additional Information

Must have good experience in using Aconex software.

Well versed in all MS Application.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Setup Parts Parameters and Categorize Components in JDE (ERP)

Study, Evaluate, Develop and Improve Manufacturing Capabilities.

Create and Maintain Work Instructions for Shop Floor Personnel

Review Technical Guidelines and coordinate with Engineering team to ensure

Perform Process Audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements

Identify and provide process Tools and Equipment necessary for shopfloor personnel to perform their work safe, effective and efficient.

Assess Vendors Process Capability and Provide technical Instructions as needed

Create and Maintain Process Routing and other Process Parameters

Perform Process Time Study using MOST or other similar methods

Fixture, Tooling and Process Equipment Design, Evaluation, and qualification

Designing and Testing new equipment, processes procedures and systems

Work and collaborate with Cross Functional team to achieve set goals

Responsible for creating manufacturing process Training programs and procedures for shop floor personnel.

Perform Pre-manufacturing and prototyping process.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

Minimum 4 years’ in Similar Role

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

Strong organization and time-management skills.

Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of MRP/ERP – preferably JDE

Good communication skills (oral and written).

Knowledge in Microsoft Office

CAD-CAM knowledge

2D and 3D Cad experience – preferably with CREO & AutoCAD

Knowledge in various Time Study and Process Improvement techniques.

Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge

Qualifications

This is the intermediate level job. Acquires and develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area. Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional products. Exercises limited judgment. Works on small projects or portions of larger projects. Assists on other tasks, or performs moderate design tasks. Receives close supervision, and thorough review of all work performed for application of sound professional judgment.

Execute the medical strategy to increase prescription and recommendation of brands by health care professionals to grow sell in and sell out.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Enhance the image and increase prescription and recommendation of the brands

· Visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brand’s products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient

· Promote the brands’ added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services

· Get to know the environment, the pathologies, the products, and the useful communication techniques for promoting the products and services

· Represent the brand/the Division at every contact opportunity with health care professionals and ensure they are followed up (congresses, ongoing medical training...)

Implement the medical visit strategy

· Respect target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles

· Make systematic use of available promotional tools (sales visit aids, brochures, publications…)

· Use all available communication channels to increase message frequency and enhance customization

· Implement communication techniques to adapt to doctor’s needs and personalize the approach

· Check on the presence and correct distribution of the products within the pharmacies/drugstores situated near to the prescribers - Ensure synergy with commercial teams to increase sell-out.

· Responsible for sales target quota for his/her territory

Analyze the sector and make proposals for sectorial action plans to improve return on investment

· Analyze one’s own results and those of the competition

· Implement corrective and improvement action plans

Manage administrative and reporting tasks

· Organize and optimize visit planning - Master and use monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity –

· Prepare visits and carry out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting
