The Logistics Manager will lead a team to execute complete international transportation

packages of materials and/or equipment until final delivery for our various Projects.

The Logistic Manager will work closely with the Regional Logistics teams and with our

various project sites and facilities around the world.

Deliver successfully and ensure the timely delivery of the material and equipment

packages assigned as per Purchase Order requirements or Project Procurement Plan.

Provide any support and guidance relevant to Logistic matters to Project Procurement

Team

Coordinate all external and internal communication related to Freight Forwarders

Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.

Respond to and resolve complaints and problems.

The Logistic Manager must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee

daily operations and logistics employees.

Senior Manager Planning & Scheduling, Parsons, Riyadh, KSA

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for managing the program-wide project control/ scheduling activities and maintaining the Program Master Schedule, develops the capability and supervises the performance for all program planning / scheduling development, analysis, reporting and progress evaluation.  

What You'll Be Doing:

Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems. 

Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports. 

Manages a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones. 

Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.

Oversees the development and maintenance of an established system to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules; keeps project and company management fully informed. 

Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel.

Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employees.

Recommends and oversees the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.

Assists in invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.

Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures, and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned.

Supports/performs integration of scope, cost and schedule within the WBS and ensure mapping is accurate on an on-going basis. 

Creates statistical reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

20 years of work experience in project control and scheduling of engineering and construction activities.

Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

Job Description

AECOM are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead, to be based on a major historical program, in the Medina region. The Quality ASsurance Lead would enforce the development, implementation, communication and maintenance of quality systems policies and procedures for the program, according to the approved quality system. The successful candidate will work alongside the Program Director and Leads to in ensuring that the project quality awareness is implemented in full throughout the workstreams. 

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership by enforcing the AECOM quality system and policies.

Ensure consistency between the ePM, PDS and IMS/PMS systems within the assigned country.

Assist the Program Director by supporting the Tender department and project management with the preparation of quality plans and other quality related documentation, whilst providing guidance / review towards the processing of the sub-parties and supplies as required.

Plan and perform internal quality audits on the AECOM management system and report to the Regional QA Lead, whilst managing the external third-party audits.

Monitor the quality auditing performed within projects and provide auditing guidance to project quality team where needed.

Report the monthly quality statistics, trends and areas for improvement observed by the country quality team, such as form auditing, NC assessments, KPI assessments, etc.

Ensure that the documentation related to the quality system is complete, accurate and properly maintained.

Please note: This role is based in a remote location.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering Degree or a related field, incorporating quality qualifications.

Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (latest version)

Additional Information

A minimum of 15+ years' experience is required for this role.

Experience in major programs, is essential.
