This position is a 12-month CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY (likely expensions). You will be based in Dubai and must have strong knowledge in Commercial Card Sales as well as previous experience in building and managing sales teams.
Salary: Around US$170,000 / annum
Role:
Managing the Sales Team's resources across specific geography (Middle East)
Work to recruit and interview potential candidates for the deploy resources in the relevant banks
Induct newly deployed resources; by ensuring that onboarding and understanding of the role and expectations is understood
Deliver appropriate training required by the deploy resource
Manage the overall sales pipeline for the region
Be part of the steering committee on key accounts to ensure deliverables are being met and aligned with MA objectives
Manage & monitor KPIs for the designated deploy resource, ensuring any course correction is initiated immediately
Provide status updates via the dashboard and ensure that all opportunities are captured by the Commercial Solution BD team
Be the escalation route for the deploy resource
Regular liaison with the Head of Commercial Solutions BD on progression of accounts, risks, challenges, and issues
Provide support for any product knowledge, trainings, and ongoing operational engagement with relevant teams
Provide administrative support and governance/oversight to the assigned SBOS team
Engage with all assigned clients (Financial Institutions) to ensure adequate feedback and course correction where required
Qualifications/ expectations required:
Good knowledge of the Commercial Large Market segment and it’s AP/Procure-to-Pay and AR/Order-to-Cash cycle pain points
Working knowledge of the Commercial Card / Transaction Banking industry with a demonstrated experience in sales/product/customer management in these businesses
Strong management skills and demonstrated ability to lead sales teams
Strong understanding of the commercial and corporate cards business spanning different industries (Travel, Oil & Gas, Education, etc. ) (required)
Results driven and high level of energy & initiative to deliver
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
