This is your opportunity to join a global company where you will be responsible to meet the warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Be a partner to ensure high customer satisfaction through incremental improvements of planning and scheduling.
You will be primarily responsible to maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff to ensure all warehouse/Logistics activities are performed fully in compliance with group e-convention and ISO requirements.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
To act as interface between Sales order processor and Warehouse operation.
Provide guidance and direction to the warehouse operation efficiently.
Monitors the paint received from production safely and kept in the correct location.
Initiates the cycle count monthly as per report provided in monthly basis.
Ensures that equipment and resources are optimized to enable reduced lead time.
Responsible to implement procedure related to QMS and EMS.
Ensure the order being prepared as per sales order processor information and instruction.
Ensuring all housekeeping is in accordance with Hempel best practice.
Sort out all over age paint from location based on lab report provided in monthly basis.
Assist Regional Logistics Manager to utilize human resources properly and efficiently without incurring unnecessary overtime.
Sign out drivers and supply with proper paperwork.
Monitor performance of staff and equipment.
Shall observe the fire and safety instructions of the warehouse and be an active member of the firefighting team.
Weekly and monthly reports processed.
To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
This role will report to the Regional Logistics Manager-ME.
The role will be based in Dammam/KSA.
We’re looking for an energetic and driven individual to be part of our team.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience and proficiency in Warehouse Operations, Inventory and SC Management.
You should also have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management of related field.
Certificate in Warehouse Management will be an added weightage.
Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar position (Warehousing/Logistic activity).
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems.
Leadership and teamwork skills and dependability.
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Safety Management, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity.
