Amazon Payment Services is regional expert in payment processing technology and solutions across major markets in the GCC & Levant countries, operating in UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Qatar.

Amazon Payment Services seeks for Financial Analyst primarily supporting MENA region business. The person will be part of a team responsible for PO creation and submissions (with close coordination with external parties and the business), accounts receivable, collection, period end closing, long and short term financial planning, controllership of monthly financial reporting, developing and reporting on weekly financial and operational performance metrics, and providing analytical support for Senior Business Management. This position requires a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cash collection operations in cooperation with our local sales and finance management. As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross functional and process improvement projects but you can expect your responsibilities to include to:

-Support and maintain merchants Payout settlements and reconciliation.

-Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including: research, analysis and calling customers

-Full cycle period end closing ( Accruals, record revenue, payment application) Reconciling AR account(s), Managing and resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables

-Bank invoicing and reconciliation

Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) Managing internal and external Accounts receivable inquiries.
Financial Services experience preferred
Maintain Customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (customers directly) questions and requests for information.
Creating and implementing standard operating procedures and process workflows.
Timely reporting via weekly metrics and provide status updates on customers accounts and projects
Analyze processes, recommend improvements for same and manage all internal controls on documents
Continually look at ways to improve the customer experience
Earn the trust of your external and internal customers thereby building long-lasting relationships to reinforce Amazon’s customer centricity and Maintain vendor relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information.
Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and making recommendations for process improvements for timely vendor payment and inquiry responses.
Develop knowledge around vendor term agreements to implement sound prioritization methodologies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years’ of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ·
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent ·
Advanced Excel & business modeling skills (pivot tables, V-look ups, Macros, etc.) ·
Track record of working with business owners to develop and define key business questions and build data sets that answer those questions ·
Excellent analytical skills ·
Experience in a business partnering role ·
Can translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions ·
Ability to work quickly and accurately in an ambiguous environment ·
Exceptional understanding of technology-driven businesses ·
Demonstrated problem solving experience and root cause analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Oracle, COGNOS TM1; Preferred: SQL, CRM, and Data Warehouse knowledge
Independent and entrepreneurial, able to work with minimal direction ·
Experience improving processes, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes · Experience building and managing Excel models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support . Payment processing experience or payments industry in general.

Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
Our receptionists are the front face of Cloud Spaces & our Clients’ Businesses. They are the heart of the operation having an extremely important role which encompasses many skills i.e. answering our telephone lines, clients telephone lines, greeting guests, providing state of the art services and supporting our clients’ businesses.
You will be an ambassador of Cloud Spaces and your presentation should always be up to our brand standards, with a smile, a can-do attitude and professionalism.
Leads:
o Greet all clients as per Cloud Spaces standards
o Directing sales calls to the Manager, promptly and professionally. Aim 30 seconds within taking the call.
o Register every walk-in lead into the system.
o Ensure adequate stock of marketing material are always on hand.
Reception (General)
o Professionally manage incoming calls. All calls to be answered within 4 rings.
o Ensure everyone stepping out of the lift and passing reception is greeted with a smile – friendly and professional.
o DO NOT FORGET VISITORS WAITING IN RECEPTION. Act and follow up the client.
o Train clients on how they can manage their telephone moves update through the system.
o Update reception screen as soon as advised of changes. If client is not able to attend to it through their account. Obtain all programming requests in writing.
New Client Setup
o Accurately allocate phone numbers and phone set up for clients.
o Contact all new clients prior to their commencement date; introduce yourself as their new Receptionist. Go over their basic phone requirements and team names so all basic communication set ups are ready to go as soon as they arrive.
o Test all communication set ups.
o Record all first voicemails for new clients.
o Record all welcome messages for new clients.
o Obtain as much information as possible from the Manager and allocated PA before your meeting with client. Learn about your client’s business and ask further questions that would assist you in running their telephone and basic company representation.
o Introduce clients to the communication system and its many features, such as voicemail, diversion off premises, conference calls, etc.

Requirements
Achieved all appropriate skill knowledge as listed
Be comfortable working all equipment
Completed all required Training .
Proficient in Cloud System and the ability to upsell based on clients’ business requirements.
Met minimum skills for Junior Secretarial position.
Be achieving Support services monthly chargeable potential (within 20% of potential) Showing progressive increases since commencement date.
Able to efficiently attend to leads / Future Clients
Add value to the Business
Add value to our clients’ business by providing great customer service.
Ability to explain the benefits & USPs of Cloud Spaces
Grooming/dress code is professional and suitable style for the environment we work in
Be honest and always talk up to your Line Manager and do not involve your team in your personal life.

Summary of Role

Our Company, the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic tools with a regional office in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. is urgently looking to hire a versatile Sales Administration Support who will mainly support the sales administration aspect of the branch office through the preparation of quotes for potential customers and processing sales and repair order requests, and will assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact with visitors and customers and provide assistance to individuals by responding to routine questions and providing general information
To operate and manage the multi-line telephone system and to route incoming phone calls
Manage the office general email and distribute e-mails received to relevant persons in the office
Responsible for processing and entering the incoming sales orders in the company’s system accurately
Provide support to the sales team in attaining targets
Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing sales and repair order requests, and providing general administrative and clerical support in sales and operations
Coordinates between customer and Area Sales Manager to support the sales activities
Coordinate with the workshop team on the preparation of the supporting documents as per the customer’s request to complete the repair sales
New stock and spare parts to be monitored properly and coordinate with the operations team on the reordering process
Maintain an understanding of our products and services and stay up-to-date with new products and features
Coordinate with the Dubai accounts team and customers on completing the Credit application form and supporting documents
Maintain the customer database properly and coordinate internally for addition of new customers in the customer database
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Perform other related clerical duties as required or deemed necessary to maintain efficient administrative activities relating to sales and operations
Comply with all Company rules including Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
 

Skills/Experience required
Minimum of two years of work experience as a Sales / Admin Support
A good standard of education is required, with a valid U.A.E. Attested Educational Certificate (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus. Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Pleasant, service-oriented, presentable, confident and capable of working to deadlines under pressure
