We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Logistics professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Dubai. The Customer Logistics Specialist position lies within the Middle East and Africa Zone and reports to the Customer Logistics Manager.
You’ll be working in a high-performing team- with direct external exposure- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior stakeholders to be the focus contact for problem-solving- data collection- and drive process improvement on the full operational chain. Your primary responsibility will be the achievement of topline and bottom-line financial targets (gross sales value- net sales volume- and EBITDA) for the region. You’re constantly looking for implementation and monitoring of IMS- inventory- distribution- and visibility objectives.
In brief- you will be responsible to:
• Enable sales fundamentals securing optimal shelf availability (OSA)
Enforce supply chain operating procedures with distributor to enable sales fundamentals (order frequency- stock levels- freshness of products- lead-times- refusals & penalties agreements)
Monitor and coordinate with distributor to ensure stock availability across regional branches
Deliver in collaboration with distributor optimal secondary Customer Case Fill on Time Rate (CCFOT)
Provide execution support for in-market distributor operations such as re-labelling- re-packing etc.
• Support in demand drivers and data visibility
Coordinate with distributor sales team the data consolidation per customer- channel- region- product category- etc.
Identify and propose actions required to manage slow-moving or obsolete stock to eliminate expiry risk
Collaborate with demand planners- providing market insights from the distributor sales team to enable accurate forecasting process (IMS FA)
• Understanding Business Need throughout Supply Chain.
Identify opportunities- impact and synergies of the distributors tie of the complete supply chain. Capabilities needed- opportunities and emerging needs.
Develop a comprehensive understanding for the business objectives- strategies- and go-to-market via being one of the multifunctional team who creates partnership platform with the distributors
• Delivering sales- cost- and cash improvements.
Lead the value stream mapping to identify process and wastes of resources and implement corrective actions
Design supply chain solutions to enable sales fundamentals
What you bring:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Business Management- International Trade- Logistics- Supply Chain Management- Sales
• Work experience of 3-5 years in managing export business- warehouse- demand- and supply planning activities
• Prior GCC work experience in an FMCG environment is important
• A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint- Word- MS Excel
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively- Arabic is not must but is a plus.
• Empathy – listening to the customer

You communicate well and with a progressive approach to the business. This is extremely important and a must for the role.
