Digital Shelf, PSO & Content Assistant Manager : HC/IC/NT, Unilever, Dubai, UAE

Digital Shelf, PSO & Content Specialist, HC, NT & IC

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the Digital shelf for brands in the HC, NT and IC categories across retailers to deliver on share of shelf objectives:

End to end management of the assortment on the KWERY & Content Suite tools. Take full ownership of the tools and extend support and expertise to brand teams.

Ensure development & optimization of perfect content on all retailers. Ensure 100% compliance on Perfect Name, image scores, search rank, ratings and reviews

Drive SEO (Organic Search) performance through eLCP as part of brands’ holistic search strategy and optimize KWR (SKLs) with the support of KWR repository team. Ensure that search keyword lists are up to date in line with the latest search trends.

Continuously monitor content quality and ensure keywords are relevant and up to date

Ensure that content for innovations is developed in line with the perfect content guidelines

Work in close partnership with the global PSO teams to localize best practices and test and deploy content innovations e.g. Modular creative and creative automation.

Liaise with the D-com team and e-merchandisers on all listing requirements and hand-over content for deployment based on agreed SLAs.

Reporting, Data & Analytics:

Conduct periodic analysis on all share of shelf, share of search, assortment, and content metrics to inform the business with ‘actionable insights’

Monthly reporting on key metrics to senior stake holders, d-commerce and brand teams

Support and inform Search and discoverability & portfolio opportunities by making relevant data and analysis available to d-commerce teams

Track online store content and search scores through weekly Walk the Store Online audits.

Create engaging Unmissable content that converts

Bring creativity to upgrade Content from Complete to Compelling working in close collaboration with brand and d-commerce teams

Lead creation of brand stores as effective always on destination hosting engaging content that effectively conveys the brand + product story

Plan the on-site shopper journey and persuasive content across the path to purchase

Key Deliverables:

Ensure content completeness and quality scores of 90+ for Core SKUs and 80% for complete portfolio Ensuring content quality scores are maintained/improved for existing content on retailer sites Weekly assortment update on KWERY & Weekly retailer listing reports

Key Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within d-com, e-merchandizing, e-content roles

Fully functional knowledge of SEO is a must

Candidates with a brand/ CD/ shopper marketing exposure to SEO, Perfect content, e-content and those with a willingness to learn & grow will also be considered

A demonstrated ability to manage complex networks, data and cross functional teams is a must

Good creative judgement and a flair for developing unmissable creatives

Systematic and organized in ways of working, ability to handle large catalogues

Tech savvy, analytical, ability to adapt to new tools, processes

Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Arabic is a plus

The Finance Assistant supports the company’s Accounting and Operations Team with accurate and efficient work. He/she ensures that through his work the management and concerned departments have always reliable and accurate figures and comply to all rules and regulations. By bringing up own ideas and investing creativity and time. The role supports the growth of the company and helps to improve processes and efficiency. It will also support various other departments within different duties and aspects.

Minimum 3 years of total experience in Accounting and a Profound background and education. Experience in Medium Size companies required (SME). Microsoft NAV ERP software experience is an advantage.

Job requirements

Responsibility:

Data collection and analysis from the system and other sources

Creating Reports; Preparation of Documents for Accounting on a case-by-case basis

Creating any kind of Reports (either timesheets or customer reports) as required

Cash-Flow Management/Forecast; Tracking Payables and Receivables

Booking and issuing sales invoices

Follow-up on receivables

Coordinate cheque collection (inbound/outbound)

Booking and posting supplier invoices

Process payments (reports, obtaining approvals, initiate transactions in bank portal)

Posting bank transactions

Checking and processing employee’s expenses

Checking and processing petty cash, E-Dirham and Noqoodi

Purchase VAT reclassification to VAT expense

v Posting journal Entries

Account Reconciliations (Bank, Petty Cash, Vendor, Intercompany, Third Party PRO)

Vendor rebate calculation and monitoring

Support in communication / collection of information for vendors, business-partners, customers

Responding to phone and Email enquiries

Support for Office Management; Manage stationery requirements

Qualification:

Very good skills in MS-Office in particular Microsoft Excel

Microsoft NAV ERP software experience an advantage

Good Organizational Skills

Being able to understand and communicate complex business processes and activities

Flexible and structured work approach, based on the job requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others and reconcile differences among resources/departments

Ability to speak and write in English is required; Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred

Minimum qualifications:

Willing to expatriate to the UAE for a two-year assignment directly reporting to the EVP of International Strategy & Business Development

Exceptional communicator: strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to communicate seamlessly at all levels of business and government

Strong skills in Microsoft Office

Desire to help build the defining defense technology company of this century through international strategy and business development

Basic understanding and knowledge of international military operations and the acquisition process that allows you to maintain strong customer relations

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding critical goals and deadlines
