The role
PanzerGlass is one of the leading brands within screen protection on a global scale.
You can look forward to being a part of our great global customer operations team. Overall, the role will be handling customer orders, inquires, and claims from our business and E-Commerce customers.
Responsibilities
More specifically your responsibilities will be;
Handle customer orders, inquiries, claims and questions from our business and E-commerce customers in a timely, professional, and friendly way
Facilitate order entry and handling of documents and procedures for shipping goods globally
Deal with order confirmations, refunds, replacements and tracking of deliveries
Handle price lists
Support our Sales team with various customer tasks
Make sure our customers have a positive experience when you solve their issue or deal with their question
Take part in the Global Customer Operations tasks
Your profile
We expect that you have experience and are excellent at delivering great costumer service together with order handling for business and/or E-commerce customers. The role requires that you are independent and responsible as well as being able to work together as part of a team. With your passionate, patient and service minded approach you are always focused on finding the best solutions for the costumers of PanzerGlass.
Moreover, you are enthusiastic about wanting to improve and optimise your ways of working.
We expect that you have great knowhow of Microsoft Excel and experience with E-commerce ticketing systems, Navision, our ERP system, or another similar ERP system.
We are truly a global company with multi-cultural teams. This requires a great deal of understanding and ability to adapt your communication style both written and verbally. Naturally, we expect you do this fluently in English.
