Job summary:
The Central Energy and Transportation Sales Team is looking for an Aftermarket Services Representative (ASR) to support Eurasia region Cat Dealers, by providing optimized sales coverage for E&T Industries: Electric Power, Industrial and Marine.
As an ASR, you will be driving revenue and service growth for these Aftermarket E&T businesses in line with the Cat Dealer and supporting Cat aftermarket initiatives. In addition, you will be joining a group of highly motivated ASRs on a dynamic team that values simplicity, collaboration, and fun. Become part of the Central Energy and Transportation Sales Team, and directly influence doubling services growth!
What you will do:
• Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR/ISR/Parts Counter organization to influence sales force effectiveness
• Drive regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed
• Develop local action plans, leveraging data analytics, to attack lost sales
• Collaborate & influence other internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective commercial relationship
• Track opportunity, participation and close rates and report VOC/VOD
• Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations in territories covered
You will have:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Fluent in English
Top Candidates will also have:
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• 2-5 years’ experience in a field position (or working closely with Dealers)
• Demonstrated experience in E&T industries and/or aftermarket product support
• Strong customer focus and ability to influence Dealers
• Strong prioritization capability
• Ability to quickly adapt to complex changes, execute with ambiguity and drive advancement within the dealer organization
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong accountability
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Fluent in Arabic
