About the role

  • The care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
  • Support the teacher in the preparation of activities, to meet children’s individual needs, ensuring effective communication within the Nursery.
  • Supporting activities with all children to ensure their safety and to facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.
  • Support children to become familiar within Nursery and to feel confident and safe
  • Support children’s basic care needs i.e. toiletry, meal time
  • Ensuring confidentiality is maintained within the Nursery
  • Positive management of children’s behavior
  • Preparation, care, cleanliness and maintenance of the playrooms and equipment
  • Helping and supporting new staff to fit into the Nursery. Being a good role model for them
  • Supervision of meals and mealtimes, and where appropriate, preparation of babies’ bottles
  • Working as part of a team
  • Attendance of staff meetings as arranged by the Nurse
  • Participating in regular publicity, open weekends and children’s outings

  • Ability to work in a discreet and sensitive manner.
  • Knowledge of the policies and procedures within Nursery.

Position Overview:            

 

The HR Assistant within the F&B team will provide key payroll and administrative support to a lively fast paced team. Candidates need to be details oriented, strong in communication, highly organized and have a high degree of customer focus.  This is a busy role and represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to build their HR knowledge and experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support day to day HR activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service and ensuring HR processes are followed
  • Support running the payroll and all other payroll related activities
  • Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), overtime, and so on
  • First point of contact for all payroll and administrative issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance and time keeping reports
  • Support employee engagement and team building activities
  • Maintain personnel files and passports
  • Act as a point of contact between Operations and Employee Services (ES) department to assist in all government services related matters
  • Coordinating with Operations and ES regarding residency renewal and transfer of information process, and providing daily updates to employees regarding the said
  • Support the recruitment process and the induction of the new joiners  
  • Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives within the team as required

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Suitable for fresh graduates
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills with emotional intelligence 
  • Pro-active and self-starter
  • Process orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a business related

Job Purpose
To assist Material Planning Officers and Material Supervisors in the day to day material planning functions and operational control of EMPACS data. To investigate stock discrepancies, and to assist in the control of inventory for all aircraft tooling and spares at main base, line and outstations.
Qualifications & Experience
Engineering.Materials & Stores : 1+ Year 10 Years schooling or equivalent : Experience in an airline industry or third party maintenance environment, (less may be considered if academic qualifications are greater). Industry experience in varies supply chain management is preferable ( Warehouse and Logistics, Repairs Management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control), Technical Purchasing preference will be given to personal with airline experience however consideration will also be given to candidates with good educational background with experience in above functions from other fields involving high value, technically complex products. -Should have good understanding of both mainframe and P.C. related systems within Inventory and Word Processing environments. -Good command of written and spoken English. -Knowledge of aircraft components and associated systems is desirable. An acceptable working experience of EMPACS Inventory Management System. Expertise in MS-Excel and MS-Access.
