Duties and responsibilities

Assist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on IT service tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and becomes a source of competitive advantage

Conduct day-to-day IT operations by ensuring availability of IT services and applications to provide seamless connectivity to users.  Perform regular status checks and coordinate with service vendors for support.

Responsible for all incidents, events and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated in the End-to-End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring

Ensure that cost implications or local risks are flagged appropriately while running a global, regional or local campaigns or projects by working closely with the Local / Regional IT Manager to ensure that the best fit is found to compliment the requirements.

Provide IT inputs to various factory/office projects in the local company and to make sure required IT infrastructure is in place as per business requirements.
