About the Position:
We currently looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor - Buses who will be responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of the available workshop labour and resources to achieve set operational efficiency targets. The role involves ensuring the team carries out vehicle repair and service activities in accordance to established quality, safety and efficiency guidelines and within set periods. You will also coordinate with different bus customers for contract renewals, payment collection, and job card approvals.

 

About You: 
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, knowledge and skills:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience in workshop repair and operations in a reputed automotive dealership, out of which 2 years are in a supervisory capacity 
  • Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
  • Sound technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair

Automotive Technician | DOMASCO | Qatar

 

About the Position:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Domasco Team in Qatar. You will carry out dealership service on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, thereby individually contributing to generate workshop revenue. 

 

Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Prompt execution of service repairs requested on the repair order as per schedule provided.
  • Report additional job required in car with cost estimate.
  • Maintain Check Sheets and Log sheets.
  • Upkeep tools and equipment in the individual bay as per company standards
  • Proper handling of special tools.
  • Proper housekeeping of the work bay
  • Ensure zero repeat repairs.
  • Proper diagnosis and trouble shooting.
  • Request for assistance through Supervisor if required.
  • Conduct final inspection as per the SOP.
  • Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given.
  • Ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours 
  • Complete the training course/internal assessment and other on the job training as per the schedule provided by the Training Manager.
  • Enrol and get certification as per the principal’s guidelines

 

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering. You should have at least a minimum of 2-3 years’ recent experience in an automotive dealership and must have an excellent technical knowledge in servicing cars.

About the Position:
We are looking to recruit experienced Mobile Service Technician to join Al Futtaim Aftersales Team in Dubai.  

 

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible to complete service and maintenance operations such as oil change, tyre services (replacement, balancing, puncture repair), brake replacement, servicing, diagnostics and air conditioning repair via a mobile service vehicle at a customer’s home, work address or through a location in a shopping mall, on all makes and models of car and light commercial (LCV) as per company/manufacturer standards.  

 

About the You:

  • Trade Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Eng.

Drives the implementation of the EP strategy in Middle East and Africa to accomplish objectives and develop future growth plans. Partners with marketing and sales leadership, as well as regulatory, clinical, healthcare reimbursement, service, and other supports functions. Develop a strategic road map, identifies market needs in terms of required therapeutic solutions and training needs. Represents MEA and Emerging Market in global business development opportunities and maintain personal relationships with EP KOL’s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies through collaboration, planning and influence.
  • Market data analysis for MEA to identify areas of improvement
  • Using strong business acumen, domain expertise, strategic thinking, prioritizes investment of financial and human resources to yield the greatest business results
  • Analyzes results of executed strategies to ensure achievement of sales performance and profit objectives.
  • Works cross-functionally to develop, target and measure training-based initiatives such as Multi-Physician Education programs, peer-to-peer education, Fellows training, etc. training on appropriate product use in new standards of care.
  • Engages with Program Management and Strategic Marketing to drive product and data development priorities and ensures implementation in support of launch preparation, sales execution and market development.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Services to execute multi-channel marketing strategies and develop the Abbott brand in support of market development and therapy advocacy.

  • Responsible for direct interaction with KOLs and the research community to support company initiatives within the MEA region. Responsible to maintain and further develop local and international KOL Electrophysiologists
  • Responsible for keeping the sales teams up to date with new scientific data. Detects, compiles and analyses all information on ABT EP products and competitive EP products necessary for the EP distributor and sales teams. Provides or coordinates medical training to the sales force, preparing medical bullet points and verifying the quality of their knowledge in the field. Provides input in marketing programs and messaging for key products.
  • Leadership and liaise with marketing and sales team of new product launches
  • Organization and attendance of national and international scientific events (meetings, conferences and symposium). Cooperates in the organization of scientific meetings, sponsored or fully organized by ABT EP. Contracts and assists speakers.
  • Collect and provide input on market characteristics, challenges and competitors.
  • Contacts, visits hospital management, physicians and influences decisions on purchasing of the Company’s products and addresses any customer questions and concerns.
  • Collects and studies information about new and existing products and monitors competitor sales, prices and products.
  • Analyses sales statistics; prepares reports; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
  • May attend trade shows where new products and technologies are showcased and conferences to meet other sales representatives and clients and discuss new product developments.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • A comprehensive understanding of Electrophysiology technology, Ablation therapies within medical device industry
  • Team leadership and development skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent and typically five plus years of progressively more responsible marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge of domestic regulations relative to the medical device industry.
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices; ability to work with and direct others effectively; ability to prepare and present strong written and verbal communications; and familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures. 
  • Documented record of delivering sales/marketing information which adds value to management's decision making process.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, physicians, hospital administrators, government agencies, medical groups, and other sales representatives. 
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
