    AIRB is an Advanced Internal Ratings based model required to be implemented in PB space because of the Basel IV regulations.
    From a private bank point of view, the programme would work on creation of a new EDP (Elastic Data platform) and the subsequent model to calculate key factors to help with the liquidity requirements.
    The scope also includes data analysis, understanding of gaps, conceptualizing and implementing tactical and strategic solutions.
    The programme also needs a Historical data capture tool that would be used for updating the data that is either not available or is not of desired quality in the existing tables.

The opportunity
This role sits in our Customer Delivery team, reporting into the Customer Delivery Lead.  The role requires you to be both technical, customer facing and consultative.  As a Solutions Architect, it is absolutely essential that you are curious about our customers and the problems they are trying to solve.

At Snowplow we see activating our customers as one of the most important functions of our business in terms of retaining and delighting customers. We aim to deeply understand the business and data outcomes that our customers want to see and design implementations of our product around this.

We are currently looking to hire data-driven, technical, customer-facing people to join the Customer Delivery team.  So if you are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, developing a deep understanding of how companies architect their data stack, and helping companies use data to drive business decisions, then we would love to hear from you.

We work directly with data teams to train them on the Snowplow product, co-design and develop solutions, implement use cases and quantify business value.. The role gives you a unique opportunity to be in a team that interacts with numerous internal departments including Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing, which will allow you to interact with numerous departments outside of the immediate team.

What you'll be doing
● Working on new Enterprise customer onboardings to map their business needs and design Snowplow centered solutions tailored to the problems they are trying to solve as a business.
● You will handle higher value accounts, which will require you to be more embedded with the customer, because you’re helping them deliver value with data given organisational complexity.  You’ll work collaboratively with our customers to reach their goal.
● Work alongside Strategic Customer Success Manager to design onboarding and activation projects to widen our customers’ usage of Snowplow and develop their success roadmap for the first 12 months of Snowplow adoption and beyond.
● Educating, retaining and growing our customers through delivering tailored workshops to our costumers.
● Develop collaboratively with our Solution Architects the technical artefacts that support organisational success of Snowplow (data models, data product design specs, tracking strategies etc)Create customer-facing documentation and suggest process improvements for the role.
● Develop domain expertise in our key verticals through deep customer collaborations, general research, attending industry events/conferences.
● Identify product feedback from customers, spotting trends and surfacing to help shape product roadmap and influence how our tech evolves.
● Be fluent in the technology and able to train newer team members.
● Develop your personal brand by helping with marketing events and webinars.

What you bring to the team
● Data is your thing. A solid understanding of the data space - cloud infrastructure, database technologies, visualisation tools and other enabling technologies in the modern data stack.  You’ll know SQL and have data modelling experience, and be practiced at manipulating data.
● You understand people. Deeply emotionally intelligent, you can quickly read a room of stakeholders and adopt your delivery style and content quickly, showing them what conceptual ideas look like in reality.  
● Creative Problem Solver. Previous experience with a complex software product, ideally designing solutions and gathering requirements, you are comfortable communicating with senior technical stakeholders (CTO, VP Eng, Tech Leads).
