Performs skilled masonry work, building, altering and repairing brick, stone, tile or ceramic structures and surfaces. A Mason job function is to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
Job Requirements

    Minimum High School or Vocational Diploma in any discipline
    Minimum of Three years of bricklaying experience in a similar capacity,preferably in a 5 star hotel environment
     Having masonry knowledge and Skills in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces
    Having basic English Communication skill
    Detail-oriented and having pleasant personality

Job Description

 

Duties:

The Lead QA/QC Engineer (site) shall:

    Shall monitor the effective implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and give necessary input (as required) to revise PQP taking feedback on the performance of QMS at site.
    Develop, prepare, implement and monitor all Contract Specific Quality Procedures and Work Instructions in association with coastal QA lead.
    Review and monitor Sub-suppliers Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality performance at site.
    Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) in coordination with coastal QA lead.
    Report Quality activities as directed.
    Liaise with Company on matters related to Quality as applicable.
    Be responsible for auditing activities – internal, external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.
    Be responsible for overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records.

Qualifications:

    Shall be a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical discipline. Alternative qualification may be accepted at the discretion of PDO.
    Shall be a Registered / certified Lead Assessor with IRCA, RABQSA or equivalent. (Where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).
    Shall have Welding Inspection Qualification (CSWIP 3.1 or AWS- CWI) or equivalent
    Shall have ASNT –TC-1A level II in all relevant NDE techniques.
    Shall have minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in oil and gas projects. Shall have a minimum of 2 years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
    Shall have experience in quality management in projects covering design / engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
    Shall have supervisory skills capable of managing all multidiscipline QC inspectors assigned for site inspection activities.
    Shall have technical knowledge of inspection and exposed to multi discipline works of oil and gas construction field.
    Shall be familiar with relevant codes used in oil and gas industries.
    Preferably be familiar with practices such as Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) and Technical Integrity Verification (TIV).

Job Summary:
This role holder is responsible for overall planning and scheduling of all the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities of the plant and ensure that the work is performed in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner and to the Company's technical, and HSE standards. The role holder should also ensure that planning and scheduling of all Maintenance work shall be done utilizing the Company's computerized maintenance management system and planning tools and shall adhere to the Company's business process and procedures.  The role holder shall also coordinate activities that are related to the planning function and in common for all sections in the department.

Key Accountabilities:
• Plan, lead and organise the activities of the section to ensure that Maintenance plans and objectives are met through the optimisation and efficient utilisation of available manpower and working hours and that staff are motivated to realise potential and make significant contributions. Manage and prepare annual financial plan and planning model.
• Participate in annual plant maintenance budgeting process, providing guideline to other Sections in Maintenance and consolidate operational and fixed maintenance budget for the department in addition to own section. Continually monitor progress and priorities and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective cost control.
• Ensure maintenance department’s KPIs are developed in coordination with the respective sections in addition to Maintenance Planning section’s KPIs and continuously monitor and report any deviation of KPIs
• Analyse Maintenance Department work activities and processes. Develop, implement and make the necessary adjustments to the existing programs, procedures and schedules to improve strategies for effective work flow and control.
• Ensure that the associated software/programs related to the maintenance planning function are maintained, streamlined and further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the data that is available in the respective applications enabling the maintenance department to utilise the available functionalities to derive and make appropriate decisions.
• Monitor maintenance programs are executed in a coordinated and cost effective manner through creation of the integrated maintenance plan. Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment and other facilities necessary in the operation of production plants.
• Supervise MRP process in coordination with other line functions to optimise spare parts and ensure that the spare part is at optimum level from a technical and economical point of view.
• Coordinating with respective line functions within the maintenance department in establishing the R&A plans for each section and to update, monitor and present the information to the management as and when required.
• Assist the Maintenance Managers in preparation of annual Maintenance Budget and periodic analysis of cost vs. budget trends with recommendations for continual improvement.
• Be a focal member of the improvement projects that are initiated within the maintenance department and be a strong link with other line functions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the outcome.
• Arrange and assist for supplying qualified and competent contractor personnel available to the maintenance department to be supplied through frame agreement
• To ensure that technical document and drawings are continually updated and available in the company’s technical document management system.
• Ensure delivery of technical documentation from new projects, revamps in accordance with the company’s standards/ procedures.
• Coordinate with projects and relevant maintenance and/or production sections to ensure that the technical documentation delivered are comprehensive and adequate.
• Maintain the integrity of maintenance systems in the company and ensure that maintenance systems are updated in line with Maintenance procedures and to meet continuous technological development and company’s operational needs.

Additional Information     • Minimum 15 years of direct/ relevant experience preferable in Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas.

 We are looking to hire Wireline Field Specialist for our operations in Qatar.

The primary responsibility of Senior Wireline Field Specialist (Open hole, Cased hole) is to deliver high quality services to our clients.

He/She is responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete. He/She is directly responsible for the quality of service delivered at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation is up to standard. He/She is in charge of his/her operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to his/her cell and for the maintenance status of his/her assigned equipment.

The Senior Wireline Field Engineer/Specialist reports to the Product Service delivery Manager (or to the Job Delivery Lead).

Responsibilities:

    To control quality of our service during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client.
    Organize and participate actively in the training of his/her operators.
    Actively lead and support the training of Junior Field Engineer and crew assigned to his/her cell.
    Attend to his/her personal development by following the Schlumberger development programs, as applicable.
    To follow and uphold all Schlumberger HSE standards and to promote their respect, understanding and adherence. Actively participate in local loss prevention programs.
    To perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operations, accurately and in a timely manner.
    To ensure that the principles of RITE are systematically applied on all tools and equipment assigned to him/her and to keep it in a state of readiness.
    To ensure that the status of all equipment assigned to his/her cell is reported and kept up to date in the RITE/PM system.
    To ensure that supplies are available at the wellsite to perform the operation

Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 - 4 years experience as a Wireline Field Specialist and exposure with Open hole, Cased hole.
    Knowledge of Schlumberger Wireline technology and tools beyond basic level is preferred
        Specific competency in Electronic Lab Tech or Sonde Tech
        Competency with MDT and VSP is required
    Experience of Working on both Offshore and Onshore Operations
    Candidate should be fluent in English
    Should be able to legally work in the Qatar, Qatari Nationals preferred, current Qatar Residents may apply
