Responsibilities:

    In charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment needs, processes and strategies.
    Develop a sustainable talent pipeline and hiring plans, tools, and strategies.
    Ensure diversity and Saudization among the company staff.
    Collaborate with internal & external partners to achieve projects/clients related needs & company goals
    Oversee all operations and team/department performance and take proper and immediate actions to drive improvements and efficiencies in all departments activities
    Analyze existing policies, processes & procedures & identify areas of improvement/automation
    Design and execute a departmental strategy, supported by tactical/innovative programs to deliver enhanced benefits and value to the company/client.
    Support the Company leaders to ensure proper and structured development of their Talent.
    Provide consultation and guidance for business leaders on talent development challenges and provides sound and practical solutions.
    Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
    Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR department to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.
    Maintains in-depth knowledge of company’s policies and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
    Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar relevant fields of study.
    Basic HR Certifications (HRBP or SHRM – CP).
    3+ years in similar management position OR 7+ years in related working fields.
    Team Management skills.
    Strong English communication skills

The role of the Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and executing all our social media content and engagement strategies across all media channels. This role requires someone who will serve as the voice of Tryano to the community; understanding how and when to connect on Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities

    Responsible for rolling out the social media strategy, focused on engagement, acquisition and retention of brand advocacy
    Responsible of the social media calendar and ensuring that it is regularly up to date
    Creation of original, forward thinking content that reflects the Tryano brand and audience
    Work closely with our creative content team on conceptualization and development of visual and video content across all channels
    Create, maintain and share weekly and monthly content calendars for each platform
    Connect with our customers through all social media customers, maintaining the tone of voice of Tryano
    Ensure social media content is posted on the appropriate channels to connect with the right audience in the right way
    Ensure social media performance is in line with the Tryano brand’s targets
    Accountable for all 6 social platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter
    Perform ongoing data analytics to increase the social media engagement, reach and impressions
    Work closely with the creative team to ensure social content is in line with Tryano’s brand guidelines
    Work alongside the buying team to ensure key products and drops are highlighted and positioned correctly according to brand strategies
    Maintain social media image through all social connections
    Keep up to date with GCC and international competitors trending content
    Work with eCommerce team to ensure alignment across brand image and tone of voice across multi-channels
    Work closely with the all social media businesses and updated regularly on the algorithm developments
    Responsible for promoting all brand content, tracking performances, providing reports and insights and being agile to making quick changes based on performance

Job Description

    Ensure that the target customers know about the Club, its amenities and services & update the same on a timely basis. Consistently communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
    Coordinate marketing activities as well as promotions. Negotiate & book relevant Print Advertising, promotions, Exhibitions and secure appropriate & creative content within agreed timelines.
    Write social media posts online content, press releases, organize promotional events.
    Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Assess and report the results of the marketing campaigns.
    Implement and execute newsletter email campaigns to nurture leads and customers. Update and maintain the reader’s database.
    Recommend and choose advertisement products, arrange and coordinate photoshoot sessions and models.
    Ensure to interact with customers of all nationalities to get an idea or knowledge for what they are looking for i.e. about the food, facilities, price, innovations etc.
    Check that the language descriptions and prices are perfectly matching to the services we are providing. Obtain approval from the respective Department Managers and the Business Development Manager.
    Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters.
    Maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate.
    Conduct Market Research to gather information about the target market & customers.
    Consistently check with competitor’s promotions and prices. Report research results to the Business Development Manager and discuss the necessary actions.
    Attend exhibitions & product launches, meet new Clients, Suppliers & Media.
    Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
    Support every aspect of the Marketing Team inclusive of the Graphic Designer.
