We need a Finance Director
Job Description
The Finance Director for Saudi Arabia (Human Health) will be a strategic business partner and strong finance professional, supporting our business and financial objectives.
They will lead and develop a team of Finance professionals and will be a key member of the Saudi Arabia Leadership Team, playing a critical role in providing strategic and operational leadership to the country organization.
The primary Responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Ensure the company's financial matters are managed effectively and efficiently and in compliance with accounting principles and government regulations
Ensure compliance, strong internal control environment and focus on working capital management
Actively partner with business leaders to develop business strategy, identify business opportunities, prioritize investment and resources to deliver profitable growth and continued improvement of business/ financial performance
Strategic input in business development deals and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders for existing alliances
Partner with cross functional team to support preparations and planning for new products
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive demand planning, order management and supply into the market
Drive innovation and productivity mindset in finance team, seeking to leverage digital, data and AI tools to drive insights and create business value
Ensure efficient collaboration and process alignment with regional & shared service teams
Active member of Saudi Arabia Leadership Team and ensure a strong presence of finance within Saudi Arabia organisation
Lead and develop the Saudi Arabia Finance team and be active member of the EEMEA Finance Leadership Team
Qualifications:
Relevant university degree and other financial qualifications
Finance professional experience of minimum 10 years
Experienced in leading financial teams
Fluent English
Membership to Saudi Organization for Charted and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) will be required

Strong compliance mind-set and experience
Business & financial acumen and strategic thinking / enterprise mindset
Interpersonal, leadership and communication skills to guide and collaborate with business partners (internally and externally)
Capability to influence and drive decisions with local, regional & global stakeholders
Proactive and self-driven
Capacity to solve complex situations
Talent development capabilities to support growth of finance team
Knowledge and/or prior experience of Saudi Arabia market an advantage
