We need a Marketing Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Marketing Executive, you will support and execute local marketing strategies for the Decorative segment by ensuring strong product positioning, premium growth, effective campaign rollout, and consistent brand visibility in line with regional direction and Qatar sales targets.

The role requires a hands-on executor with strong ownership, commercial understanding, and close coordination with sales and regional teams.

This position is based in Qatar and reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute local marketing plans aligned with regional strategy, driving premium growth, medium segment stability, and targeted market share.
• Ensure effective local implementation of product, brand, and campaign strategies, including launches, promotional programs, localized initiatives, and portfolio priorities.
• Plan and execute brand activations, influencer collaborations, high-footfall engagements, and digital communication in line with regional guidelines to strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate product launches, transitions, and portfolio updates, ensuring material readiness, accurate communication, and correct in-market execution.
• Conduct structured market visits and benchmark studies to monitor competitor activity, pricing, visibility, and positioning, and provide actionable commercial insights.
• Analyse sales and product performance including premium share, distribution, and campaign effectiveness; ensure sales alignment, agency coordination, marketing material management, and required administrative compliance.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, paints, building materials, or similar industries.
• Experience in product launches, campaign execution, and agency coordination.
• Comfortable with market visits and sales interaction.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
