Job Description
We are looking to hire an HSE Officer for our client based in Dubai. The candidate should have proven construction-site experience to manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on a G+2 building construction project. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and maintaining a safe working environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project-specific requirements
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks
Monitor correct use of PPE and safe work practices
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety
3–6 years of HSE experience in construction projects
Experience in G+2 building construction preferred
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Valid UAE Driving License
Must have own car
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 7,000 per month
Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

3–6 years of HSE experience in construction projects
Experience in G+2 building construction preferred
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
