YOUR CHALLENGE:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Partner Management, Finance, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless alignment across business functions. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive shared success.
Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential. Develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with Blacklane’s objectives.
Retention and Renewals: Ensure high client retention by delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. Lead strategic account planning efforts to secure timely and successful contract renewals.
RFPs & Tenders: Demonstrate expertise in managing complex RFPs and strategic tenders with a focus on financial acumen and a methodical, strategic approach to secure high-value contracts.
Business Travel Readiness: Be prepared for business travel approximately 20% of the time, occasionally on short notice, to meet clients or attend industry events as required.
Market and Client Monitoring: Stay ahead of market trends, client performance metrics, and industry developments to refine account strategies. Proactively address challenges and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive growth.
Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor account performance against revenue targets and client satisfaction benchmarks. Identify potential risks early on and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent success and long-term growth.
