Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D modelling, and rendering for large-scale master planning and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in GCC-based design or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality stills, animations, and walkthroughs for urban, landscape, architectural, and interior design proposals.
- Familiarity with consultant submittals, master plan presentations, and competition-level visuals is preferred.
Skills & Expertise:
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and 2D/3D drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards, layering systems, and CAD protocols.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary design coordination, especially MEP, structural, architectural, and infrastructure drawings.
- Ability to interpret and translate technical design concepts into high-quality CAD outputs.
- Experience in drawing review, redline incorporation, and maintaining version control across design stages.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability standards (IFC formats, LOD, naming conventions).
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and document controllers
