What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and management team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Also, you will handle all domestic UPS shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• You serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, handling correspondence and ensuring efficient follow-ups.
• Further, your assistant in the preparation and coordination of high-level meetings, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
• You will collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
• Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to promote engagement and enhance employee satisfaction.
• You will handle all aspects of travel arrangements for visitors, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Need to coordinate itineraries for visitors, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed and communicated and serve as the main point of contact for visitors, providing assistance and information as needed during their stay..
• Your assistant will be needed in raising PRs related to the admin jobs.
• You will be responsible of receiving invoices related to the admin

• Also, need to have high ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You Strong organizational and time-management skills, will help you to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow the stockholders to interact effectively.
