1. Undergo the training program set by MNSS and TMC Training Institutions and successfully pass the periodic examinations.
2. Learn and understand MNSS standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions during the training period
3. Check always with the instructors for confirmation and clear understanding of any vague or difficult areas that might arise during the training.
4. Use all safety and health materials & tools.
5. Understand and absorb how to deal with different levels and type of people
