Workshop Supervisor, Al Jazirah Rent a Car, Jeddah, KSA

We need a Workshop Supervisor
The Role

• Diagnoses the car and solve the troubleshooter. • Monitor the staff performance and verify all job done • Verify & Request all parts need it for mechanical and electrical • Assist on accident vehicle parts need it • Estimate the job required per car per Hour. • Implement policy, DOA and follow the procedure. • Conduct daily vehicles check in workshop to ensure all are on scheduled and not delay. • Monitor and fill the Vehicle Checklist to ensure the work is done. • Support EP, WP and CP in regards of any Technical advice to maintenance team support. • Record Staff Overtime and monitor to be according to policy. • Open Job Card for all remote area in case of services need it. • Open PR and PO

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience, including supervisory roles. • Certification in automotive service excellence or workshop management (preferred). Skills & Requirements: • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. • Leadership and team management skills. • Ability to coordinate workflows, assign tasks, and ensure quality control. • Experience with inventory, reporting, and health & safety standards. • Familiarity with maintenance software (e.g., DMS or CMMS).
