We need an IT Billing & Asset Management Executive,

What you'll be doing:
The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining financial records. The role also includes responsibilities related to asset management, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and reporting of company assets.
Responsibilities:
Landline & Internet connections:
To regulate & Monitor Landline connections across UAE as on date.
Comprehensive analysis on Service rental, Addons, Usage charges- International, Local, Special numbers, calls to mobile numbers.
Misused / Over usage cases are being raised to respective BU head
Monitoring on time payment (support business continuity)
Relocating / Discontinuing store locations are being monitored, we ensure immediate closure of the Fixed line connections.
Communications – GSM:
To regulate and monitor billing of SIM cards across UAE as on date.
Routine consumption supervisory of each unit
Monitoring on time payment (support business continuity)
Data analysis (Trend Analysis on Billing Value, Usage charges, Addons etc.)
Monthly deductions / 3d billing process
Oversaw other MIS activities
Asset Management Responsibilities:
Maintain an up-to-date asset register.
Track asset movements, acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with procurement and IT departments for asset lifecycle management.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and MIS report preparation
Billing Process Knowledge
Data Validation & Accuracy
Reporting & Analysis
SAP, ERP
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or asset management.
