We need an HR Executive,

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Dubai, who will play a key role in managing our human resources operations and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
