We need a Sr Workshop Technician
NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.
Job Summary:
The Completion workshop technician role is to maintain all workshop related activities to support Completion tools & Liner Hangers operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Maintain inventory count & maintenance across all products.
- Arrange and equip Completion tools workshop with all necessary equipment to meet client requirements.
- Daily support to operations team meetings & planning
- Follow QMS on all workshop activities such as Receiving, Dispatching, Inspecting, Make up/Torque, Pressure test, Documenting, etc. as per procedure & process requirement per NOV standard & client standard.
- Continuous improvement to increase quality of customer service.
- Support manufacturing assembly of new products
- Ensure all qualified personal per competency system involved in workshop.
- Provide training of new NOV hired personal. Act as mentor for new trainees for workshop & assembly activity
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Demonstrate work experience for all workshop related activity.
- Proven solid Oil and Gas operations background.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness
- Knowledge company systems
- Knowledge of company workshop / operation process Communication, Team working skills.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Oil and Gas or related field.
- 5 years' experience in maintaining workshop activities.
- Liner Hangers & Completions equipment experience.
