Recruitment Administrator, RA International, Dubai, UAE

We need a Recruitment Administrator, 
The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by handling sourcing resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage On-boarding process for employees in Dubai and all overseas operation. • Structuring and issuance of employee contracts to selected candidates for all locations. • Coordination for medical documents with the medical team. • Coordinating with travel team to arrange flight and hotel accommodation. • Coordinating with IT team to arrange the necessary IT related requirements for the new hires. • Coordinating with PRO regarding employment visa • Coordinating with local HR of different location regarding visas, travel, and accommodation • Carrying out background checks for all employees. • Updating the hiring manager on the onboarding status of candidate and the reporting manager. • Maintaining the CV database. • Screening and sourcing of candidates as and when requested by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment and onboarding of which at least 1 year in-house • Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role. • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS (e.g. BambooHR, Workable, Greenhouse). • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
