organized and detail-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Showcase product features and benefits to potential customers, actively promoting sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-presented.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Ability to manage basic store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, communicate replenishment needs.
- Schedule flexibility and dependability
Qualifications:.
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Can join Immediately
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Retail is a must
- Preferably with excellent communication skills. (English )
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer’s issues and complaints.
- Excellent Computer Knowledge: Microsoft excel and outlook.
- Preferable excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumtances.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and a team player.
