We need a Executive Secretary,
Some of the Duties & Responsibilities may includes: 1. Handle all administrative activities of our Managing Director. 2. Prepare internal and external correspondence. 3. Planning events and travel arrangements 4. Making and receiving telephone calls/faxes & distribution. 5. Arrange department heads meeting and subsequent minutes of meeting. 6. Handle all offices requirements. 7. Other works as may be assign by our Managing Director. Skills: 1. Bachelor Degree preferably business course. 2. At least 5 years experience as Executive Secretary. 3. Well verse in all administrative and office works. 4. Possess excellent verbal and written communication. 5. Has an attitude to maintain business confidentiality. 6. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision. 7. Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Outlook, Photoshop, etc. Education Bachelor Degree preferably business course.
