Role Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be part of our growth. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects in the F&B industry that are a clear priority for Talabat ExCo and as a result involves aligning multiple senior stakeholders across various functions across internal and external local, regional & global teams. You will be not only the main driver and orchestrator of the strategic projects but also the thought partner of senior Talabat leadership. Your activities will encompass all the way from structuring the project to launching, co-leading, monitoring & reporting the progress while problem-solving with senior management.
What's On Your Plate:
Project scoping, objective setting and planning for strategic projects
Challenge the thinking stakeholders and problem solve
Identify potential roadblocks in a timely manner and mitigate them in advance
Proactively identify interdependencies and reflect on project plan
Daily, weekly, monthly operational KPI management.
Coordinate planning and performance input from business units in close cooperation with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsible for leading and delivering projects
Co-leading teams across various departments
Prepare quarterly frequent performance reviews/ SteerCos for senior management
Multitasking: managing multiple projects with minimal support
Contribute to department/ad hoc tasks for senior management
What Did We Order:
A degree in project management, business management or a related field.
A strong background in operations management
Strong operational excellence and business process improvement knowledge and demonstrated experience improving operational KPI outcomes.
Should possess at least 3-5 years of project management experience.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment.
Excellent Analysis and Communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Capable of adhering to tight deadlines on a daily basis
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Excellent leadership abilities.
