Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi, featuring 203 modern and stylish rooms wide variety of food & beverage outlets - Indulge in a variety of International flavors at the Silk Route Café. For a lively night out, hit the Thirty 1st Bar & Lounge with amazing views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. Visit Hubbly Bubbly, our shisha café, for a traditional Arabic experience under the stars. For Sushi lovers, SushiSan offers sushi as it should. Stock Burger Co. is a new casual dining concept defined by a perfect and always appealing pairing: premium burgers and craft brew and all in addition to meeting rooms and banqueting facilities.
The hotel is a kilometer from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), close to the diplomatic enclave. The hotel's fitness facilities are on the top floor and offer great city views. Besides a well-equipped fitness room, Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi offers a pool and three massage rooms.
Your day to day
Join us as Food & Beverage Manager and be part of the dynamic Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi team.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll lead and direct food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Help prepare the hotel’s annual budget, set departmental goals, monitor the budget, and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs. Working with the catering office, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Drive promotions that deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests at a good value. Develop your team, improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints and ensure you maintain high guest satisfaction—Analyse guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations and build on guest loyalty. Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met. Manage hotel food and beverage marketing programs and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs and promotions.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role in a four stars hotel. You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and proficient written and oral English communication skills. The right candidate consistently portrays a professional image and possesses strong multi-tasking and admin skills.
