Job Description
Assure high quality in the Ministries Quality Process.
Analyzing and preparing audit requirements.
Performing internal control testing.
Developing internal audit plans and services.
Supervise system-testing activities and communicate audit results.
Designing, implementing and executing automation scripts.
Develop the methodology of IT Governance department.
Develop policies and regulations that ensure the progress of the work according to international standards.
Enhance the quality of electronic systems and applications in the IT department.
Create electronic forms related to evaluating work in IT department and ensure that they are properly used.
Verify supplier’s compliance to best practices.
Work to increase user’s satisfaction of IT services.
Perform and monitor the execution of system integration, and assure that testing activities conform to approved test plan, and follow them up until all are closed, and prepare the required status reports and communicate them and provide adequate information.
Provide supervision to Junior Quality Assurance Officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering.
8 years of relevant experience with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.
Certification in CIA, or CGAP, certificate is a must.
Certification in CSTE, CSTP, or ISTQB (foundation level at least )is desired.
Understanding the project management framework.
Understanding government practices.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Fluency spoken in both Arabic and English.
