We are urgently looking for I & E Building and Infrastructure Manager in the market who are interested in working with us for a long-term contract job opportunity.

Job Description
Study and define market in the B&I sector, prepare a strategic development plan and action plans (long- mid-term) based on above.
Build/ extend/ develop team for delivery of the business growth, considering internal and external resources.
Build relations with clients, prospects, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Deliver achievement of strategic plans and objectives in B&I sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration
5-7 Years of Work Experience

Strong Business Development and Growth Mindset with a wide vision of market needs and opportunities and be capable of developing new services and approaching untapped markets
Perfect knowledge of the market situation in building and infrastructure sector (main investors, forthcoming projects, competitors, prices, qualification requirements);
Good network of professional managers and executives to be recruited;
Financial knowledge of budgeting, costing, cost controls;
Open mindset with regards to digital transformation, knowledge of best practices in the market;
Strong leadership and communication skill, fluency in English and preferably in Arabic
