POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will lead logistics operations in the cluster driving warehouses and distribution activities through the logistic teams in the OPCs. Execute MENA functional strategy roadmap and support the logistics team in the OPC to drive LC2A and lead COD across the cluster. Lead 3PL operational relationship in coordination with logistics team in the OPCs to leverage on clusters synergies and ways of working. Drive Safety mindset, process efficiencies, and standardization to ensure sustainability and compliance in operations. Collaborate internally with sales, CFSC, and O2C to facilitate and sustain customer service level and respond to the new business evolution and requirements.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Drive cost optimization through new initiatives and efficiency in our 3PL operations across the cluster
Leading the PL team in the cluster developing functional capabilities to drive continuous improvement
Drive safety, quality, compliance, and sustainability in the operations of cluster. In collaboration with the OPC & 3PL teams.
Leverage on NCE methodology and best practices to drive continuous improvement and alignment across the cluster
Develop and drive initiatives to improve service to customers in collaboration with sales, T-HUB, CFSC, O2C teams.
Implement MENA strategy roadmap ensuring innovation and digitalization
Strengthen supplier relationships across cluster leveraging on synergies and economy of scale
Capex – Local investment definition and execution
What will make you successful…
Team management experience and developed leadership to manage stakeholders.
Warehouse & Distribution experience in managing also 3PL and logistics suppliers.
Developed knowledge of NCE to ensure the right process is in place across the logistics team in the cluster to ensure right process control, tracking, and continuous improvement.
Extensive experience "to read" and drive cost of distribution
Analytical skills required to analyze reports and drive prompt actions.
