Being part of the Fashion Operations team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse assistant needs to be methodic, well-organized, supportive & proactive, he will be in charge of missions based on 3 key pillars :
Warehouse :
Receive inbound shipment ,validate and prepare replenishment for boutiques.
perform monthly rolling and annual stock inventory of the warehouse and report Discrepancies to your manager.
Closely monitor shipment pre-alerts until we receive in the warehouse For sellable /packaging/VM/ Les Ventes privees .
Work with manager for obsolete, recyclability repatriation.
You will support to Track and monitor packaging items consumption by boutiques , forecast and order.
Co-ordinate / communicate and work closely with the our outsourcing companies for daily task .
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
Make sure all KPIs are maintained up to the companies standard.
Report weekly and monthly operation progress of the warehouse to your manager.
Boutiques :
Collaborate with boutique stock team to smooth flow of sellable and non-sellable merchandise, follow-up on stock maxi set by the boutiques and monitor their stock levels.
Receiving new uniform shipment coordinate and support boutique stock team to segregate as per the staff order and dispatch.
Execute intra boutique stock optimization and transfer request.
Closely work with fashion merchandising team in stock movement.
Be proactive to update the sellable stock level and to invite stock managers in the warehouse to physical check and monitor.
Support Head office departments (Store planning/VM/Marketing) :
You will closely monitor storage, space management, inbound and outbound of furniture’s, VM and Event tools.
Update all furniture’s and VM tools received in the warehouse to concerns department and follow their dispatch instruction.
Actively participate and assist in furniture/VM and event tools movement .
