Job Description
Purpose of the role:
The role of the CRM Analyst – Senior Associate is to work closely with the CRMs and support all aspects of fund marketing activities and the full life cycle of the client relationship management.
Responsible for:
Assisting CRMs in prospecting, including but not limited to:
Researching into prospects landscape/organization/news
Conducting competitor analysis and research
Generating outreach ideas and crafting targeted outreach messages
Tracking outreach progress, interaction, and follow-ups/next steps
Assisting with client prospect due diligence processes, including but not limiting to:
Understanding due diligence queries and relevant risk prospects trying to assess
Partnering with project management, diligence teams and broader Brookfield teams to complete due diligence processes
Performing quality control of the responses
Tracking due diligence progress
Monitoring closing process
Assisting CRMs in managing full life cycle of the client relationships, including but not limited to:
Managing investor requests
Coordinating client meetings, preparing briefing notes, attending meetings, taking meeting notes and tracking follow-ups/next steps
Coordinating roadshows, conferences, and client events with respective teams
Managing the internal client relationship management database that tracks progress on marketing and relationship management activities
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Skills:
• Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Arabic would be highly regarded
Experience:
• Associate: 3-5 years (Senior Associate: 5-7 years);
• Analyst: 1-2 years
• of experience in investment, consulting, or fund/portfolio management, dealing with alternative products
• Strong financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience
Preferable:
• Experience working with institutional investors in the Middle East
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes
• Experience in analyzing and summarizing complex information
• Fund marketing sales and support experience
• Experience working in an international organization and team

• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs
• Inquisitive and high attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to share information in a clear and concise manner
• Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
• Able to develop strong internal and external network and build meaningful relationships
• Proactively seeks opportunities to get involved in more challenging projects
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
• Appropriate degree in accounting/finance/business
• Post graduate studies in finance, MBA, or CFA/CPA qualified would be highly regarded
