The Role
The mission of the Marketing & Communications Specialist is to coordinate and run marketing and communication activities within Power Technique Middle East with the objective of supporting sustainable profitable growth. This role reports to the Regional General Manager - Power Technique Middle East.
Internal Communications
• Create and launch marketing and communication campaigns as required.
• Create marketing content, such as high-quality videos, PowerPoint presentations, web and social media content.
• Distribute and promote communication content through all required channels.
• Coordinate product launches for internal audiences by publishing content on all available internal platforms.
• Maintain and ensure all websites and online pages include relevant content and are up to date at all times.
• Contribute to all activities and events within the region.
• Support the local Safety Team and HR Team to ensure that SHEQ requirements are communicated across the team.
External Communications
• Be responsible for building and executing the yearly communication plan according to the yearly budget.
• Ensure local and global implementation of communication campaigns and follow up and report on results.
• Create and continuously improve the content on the website and follow up and report SEO results according KPIs.
• Have a strong focus on generating leads for the Sales Teams.
• Create and implement a digital marketing and social media marketing plan.
• Contribute to all activities and events within the region.
• Communicate with distributors and assist with local marketing materials as and when required by distributors.
• C4C follow up and support.
• CEM (NPS) follow up and support.
• Coordinate and liaise with third party agencies if and when required.
• Live the Atlas Copco Group values “Interaction-Commitment-Innovation” in both internal and external activities and relations.

What we expect of you?
Essential
• University degree, preferably Marketing / Communications.
• At least two years of related work experience in an international organization.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable
• Expertise in photo editing and media creation software is an advantage.
Skills
• Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills.
• A good appreciation of graphic design and advanced understanding of digital communications and social media.
• Be a competent user of various IT packages, such as databases, website content management and reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Be familiar with SEO and content marketing technologies/search and be eager to learn new IT technologies when needed.
• Well-developed writing skills in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Project management skills, good presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working with different cultures and be willing to travel.
