Analytics Transformation director

Mission
This role supports the E2E DCR Chief Data Officer in defining and driving the agenda for the Data & Analytics transformation.
This includes, but not limited to, strategic program definition, driving activities of project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, process improvement and change management (including upskilling) across Global Marketing domains and BUs.
The Analytics Transformation director will be responsible for shaping up the analytics vision, strategy and operating model, ensuring it is in sync with the business strategies and cascaded appropriately to our different domains, geos and LoBs.
To increase the impact of our data and analytics transformation, this role will define and manage the change management processes, working closely with senior executives across our group.
This role is critical to deliver the ambitious objectives of the XSIGHT team across the group and will be guiding senior stakeholders through the analytics transformation by establishing himself as a trusted thought leader and continuously driving our data and analytics strategy.
This is a strategic and leadership position that will focus on creating ways to increase collaboration and accountability across teams (geos, Bus, domains), facilitate strategic thinking, planning and execution, and develop management systems and procedures related to the data and analytics agenda in order to evolve the data analytics maturity of the Global Sales & Marketing teams.
Main responsibilities
Leadership & strategy definition
Manage a team of 3-5 mid senior colleagues overall, between PMO and strategy
Working closely with the business data officers and data governance teams in domains and geos in defining the E2E DCR Data & Analytics strategy and its KPIS.
Lead the definition and implementation of the operating model and the governance for the XSIGHT team, communicating it widely across the group.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with analytics stakeholders in domains and geos and lead the change management effort relating to use cases (definition and deployment)
Define the plans and plan implementation for the future operating model organization
Change Management and thought leadership
Conducts regular interviews with stakeholders across the organization to understand what works and what can be improved in the analytics transformation
Develops and regularly updates the overall change management masterplan
Drives change management initiatives directly, or allocates them to relevant stakeholders in the organization
Conducts PMO of critical initiatives (led by the domains and geos) to ensure impact from analytics is fully captured
Establish and own the agile operating model, ensuring that squads, chapters, tribes, BUs, OpCos and functions are operating in line with the defined model
Fosters agility within squads, by a) onboarding new squads on the way of working and b) monitoring / supporting squads during the main interactions
Work with global organizations (universities, NGO, tech organizations…) to establish and grow partnerships that support Schneider Electric’s strategic vision
Owns the cocreation (with other directors and data officers) of the product portfolio plans and is responsible for aligning its implementation.

He/she will have a proven track record in attracting, recruiting, managing, and developing outstanding talent, and also be highly effective at cross-functional stakeholder management. He/she will be a strong and credible contributor to executive team decision-making.
The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise, including familiarity with the latest techniques for analyzing and deriving insight from structured and unstructured data across multiple touch-points, both on- and offline. They will have experience of successfully overseeing complex analytics projects, and leading IT implementation programs to support customer insight goals.
